Mozilla Firefox 3.6 Release Candidate Review

The Release Candidate of Firefox 3.6 is now stable and available for download. Several improvements have been made to Personas themes which gives users a quick and easy way to make changes to the browser look. Also changes include auto-alerts for out-of-date plug-ins, improved form form filling support and a number of scripting and language support improvements. One thing that's now supported that wasn't before is the use of HTML5 file API and new CSS and DOM technologies.

In a blog post, Melissa Shapiro of Mozilla added, "This release candidate may update itself periodically, and will eventually be exactly the same as the final Firefox 3.6 release itself."
